How Fast Will My Documents Be Served?
We begin working on your file as soon as it’s received and confirmed.
Standard Service: Usually completed within 1–3 business days in and surrounding areas. Rush Service: Available for same-day or next-day delivery when deadlines are urgent. You’ll receive regular status updates throughout the process and can be reached for real-time updates anytime.

What Happens If You Don't Find The Person To Serve Them?
If we can’t locate the individual after making multiple diligent attempts, you’re not charged, that’s part of our NO-FIND, NO-FEE GUARANTEE.
Our process servers take every reasonable step to complete service, including:
· Visiting the address at different times of day and on multiple days
· Confirming details with neighbours or property managers (when appropriate)
· Checking for forwarding addresses or updated/work locations if available
If the person genuinely cannot be located, we’ll provide an Affidavit of Attempted Service. You can then use this documentation to support an application for Substitutional Service or Alternative Service through the court, if required.
